Projects
A selection, properly documented.
This isn't a polished showcase page, and it isn't the full picture either. I've built a lot more than what's listed below, but these are the cases where I actually took the time to write up status and take photos along the way. Real photos, real status. Some are running in production right now. Others are still in development.
Restaurant Training
A mobile-first training system for restaurants.
Built for restaurants that need a clearer way to train staff. Daily briefings gather what the team needs to know before service. A readiness check shows who's ready, and onboarding gets new hires productive without a week of notes and verbal training.
The manager gets their own overview: who's trained, who's missing, and what matters most right now. No app store install. It runs in the phone's browser.

Ask DeskDude AI
A knowledge assistant built on RAG.
RAG stands for retrieval-augmented generation. The assistant answers from my own material instead of guessing or making things up. It's already live on this page.

PAIA
A private AI operating environment for serious work.
An experimental, local-first AI system: a personal companion with long-term continuity, specialised task agents, controlled tool execution, and an integrated File Studio for working directly inside real software projects.
AI ebooks
Free PDF guides, written to be used.
Practical guides about operations, hallucinations, wasted tokens, and using AI in everyday work. Not meant as marketing, but as something that can actually be used on a normal workday.
AI and workflow examples
Smaller builds that show the work in practice.
Internal and public examples of AI, automation, and better page flow. Not big cases, but concrete attempts that show how an idea turns into something that actually gets used.
