Subprocessors
Vendor notes for DeskDude Services.
Last updated: 23 July 2026
This page applies to the public DeskDude Services site and future scoped client work. It isn't the Restaurant Training product's subprocessor list.
The public website
The DeskDude Services site is essentially a static website with no user accounts, checkout, newsletter sign-up, or an application database for visitors. There's one exception: when someone downloads a free ebook, a small server function runs and sends on a redacted, hashed event. See the ebook-downloads row below.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Vercel is a US company. That can mean data is processed or stored outside the EU/EEA as part of hosting and operations.
Vercel's own data processing agreement uses the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses
(European Commission decision 2021/914) as the transfer safeguard for data from the
EU/EEA, and the UK IDTA for transfers from the UK. That applies both to hosting
deskdude.dk and to the Ask Malte widget at ask-deskdude-ai.vercel.app,
which is also hosted on Vercel.
Client work
Subprocessors for client work depend on the specific project's scope. There's no single fixed vendor list that applies to all future work. A website, an automation workflow, an internal tool, an AI prototype, or an industrial support job can involve different vendors, agreed on and documented for the individual job. If DeskDude acts as a processor for a client's personal data, vendors and processing roles need to be approved before any real personal data is processed.
Restaurant Training
Restaurant Training has separate app infrastructure, product data, and legal pages. The product's own subprocessors page lives at /restaurant-training/en/subprocessors.
