The DeskDude Services website does not load analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, session recording, newsletter tracking, or marketing cookies. It may load the isolated Ask Malte assistant from ask-deskdude-ai.vercel.app, which owns its own API, rate limiting, privacy guard, and server-side model provider.

Why there is no cookie banner

There is no cookie banner on the DeskDude Services site because the site does not currently use non-essential analytics, marketing, retargeting, embedded tracking, or similar technology. The only browser storage used by the root site is a user-selected theme preference.

If tracking is added later

If analytics, product measurement, ads, pixels, heatmaps, session recording, embedded media tracking, or newsletter tracking are added later, the site should be changed before those scripts load. That means updating this page and adding a real consent flow where consent is required.

Server logs

Hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, and error data for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and operations. These are not browser cookies, but they are still mentioned in the privacy notice for transparency.

The Restaurant Training app and product pages have separate legal pages because login, sessions, training workspaces, and app data are a different data flow. See the product cookie page at /cookies.
