Terms of Service

These terms are a practical launch draft for restaurants using DeskDude Restaurant Training. A written customer agreement can override these terms where agreed.

Service

DeskDude Restaurant Training helps restaurants turn menus, routines, service notes, and quizzes into phone-friendly staff training. Staff can ask questions, practise, and complete short quizzes.

Customer responsibilities

Beta and later agreements

Beta access is free for selected restaurants and is offered to collect feedback before launch. Any later customer agreement, support level, and access period are agreed in writing.

AI limitations

AI can provide incorrect, incomplete, or unclear answers, especially if source material is incorrect or missing details. DeskDude Restaurant Training must not be used as the only source for allergens, food safety, medical questions, legal assessments, or compliance.

Data and confidentiality

The customer owns its restaurant material. DeskDude Restaurant Training processes data to provide the service, support, security, and operations. Personal data should be covered by a data processing agreement where required.

Termination

Agreements can be cancelled according to the terms agreed in writing. Data is deleted or anonymized according to agreed retention and necessary legal obligations.
