No. It can be used for onboarding, refreshers, and new dishes, routines, or service habits.

Does setup take a lot of work?

Start small with menu, routines, and the questions employees ask most often. More can be added later.

Can we use our own menu and routines?

Yes. Training starts from your own material, so it does not feel like a generic course.

Do employees need to install an app?

No. They get a link or QR code that opens on their phone.
