Subprocessors
Mise uses vendors to provide hosting, database, AI processing, email, and operations.
Current vendors
- Supabase - database, authentication, and storage.
- Vercel - hosting, deployments, and edge/CDN.
- Google Cloud / Vertex AI - AI model processing and cloud infrastructure.
- Resend - transactional emails if activated for the app.
- GitHub - code and deployment workflow. Not intended for customer data.
- Cloudflare - DNS and email routing for the domain.
Data transfers
Some vendors may process data outside the EU/EEA or provide support access from other countries. Where required, this should be covered by suitable safeguards such as data processing agreements and standard contractual clauses.
Changes
Paying customers can be notified about material changes where agreed in the customer agreement or DPA.
